Job Description

The ideal Country Manager, reported directly to the BOD, will be responsible for the following activities:
Has a good experience in Vietnam furniture/home accessories/life style sourcing market.
Set up a new sourcing office in Vietnam, establish the right team for further development and management of the organization.
Strategic responsibilities for all sourcing and sales activities.
Develop and implement a future commercial strategy.
Participation in the negotiations of strategic agreements with key accounts and suppliers.
Responsible for a number of key accounts.

Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent is required, with at least 10 years experience in Asia sourcing especially in Vietnam furniture/home accessories/life style industry, product selling to the European market. Capable to set up new sourcing office in Vietnam, develop headcounts and implement a future commercial strategy. Business acumen, strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organizational, time management, and project management skills. Open for Expats with experience in Vietnam market.
