Job Description
üFlexible working time with 44 hours / week including teaching time.
Teach Rich English classes (at least 5 classes in a week – 15 hours/week)
Teach Discovery Classes
Planning lessons for daily classes
Check information and update knowledge about the program
Talk to parents about students’ learning progress after class time
Conduct placement tests for new students.
Supervise and cooperate with teaching assistants to achieve the highest quality of instruction
Join in teaching rehearsal and meeting with other teachers to improve teaching methodology
Teach monthly English club/ Cambridge House
Prepare teaching materials/ED stuff
Update weekly and monthly working schedule
Supervise teacher’s assistants in student care needs
Participate and prepare for school events and activities
Call parents to report children’s performance and improvement
Collaborate with Program Officer to meet policy expectations
Write a report for each child after a module is finished
Complete all tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirement
College or university degree with major in English, or English teaching TESOL/ TEFL certification
Fluency in written and spoken English
Effective communication and interaction with children & colleagues
Experience in teaching children
Teamwork skill
Work under high pressure
Pro activeness, creativity, truthfulness and high responsibility
Technology skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint)
