Teaching: Teaching English to Vietnamese staff in an IT company; Teaching soft skills such as presentation and meeting skills; Planning, preparing and delivering lessons; Researching and preparing teaching materials; Designing syllabi; Assessing & reporting on learners’ progress.

Other: Reviewing and editing documents written in English (internal policies, contracts, etc.); Assessing the English level of employees; Organizing activities in order to foster an English-speaking environment; Designing English tests used for recruitment; Conducting English speaking tests for shortlisted candidates and/or training a group of internal examiners to do so.

Experience: at least 3 years of teaching English to Vietnamese adults and teens; - Bachelor’s degree or higher; - Teaching certificate: CELTA, TESOL or equivalent; - Native English proficiency; - British accent is a plus - Australian accent is a big plus; - Well-developed presentation and instruction skills; - Excellent communication skills; - Creative teaching methods and an ability to make lessons fun; - Ability to work with others, team player mentality; - A positive attitude, sociable and dynamic personality, responsible, well-organized, cooperative, flexible and hard-working.
