Job Description
– Candidates hold Bachelor Degree (graduated from any Universities), majoring in English Linguistics plus holding a teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA).
– State issued Teaching License (USA) or Qualified Teacher Status (UK); and/or an obtained or in progress PGCE/iPGCE;
– Candidates with at least 2 years classroom teaching experience are preferred;
– Good pronunciation and proactive teaching style that can inspire the passion of students in learning English.
– Having easy to understand conveyance ability, professional and patient. – Humorous and active candidates are preferred.
DUTIESï¶ Developing and delivering English lesson plans in line with Atlantic’s curriculumï¶ Implementing fun and engaging speaking activities in line with Atlantic’s curriculumï¶ Conducting mid-term and final testsï¶ Attending parent-teacher meetingsï¶ Attending training workshops and meetingsROLE REQUIREMENTS Essentialï¶ Bachelor's degree or higherï¶ Recognized initial certificate in English language teaching (CELTA/Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent)ï¶ Clean criminal record check from home country and from Vietnam Desirableï¶ Experience in teaching in a secondary and high school setting with larger class sizes (preferable)ï¶ Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skillsï¶ Adaptability, flexibility and cultural awarenessï¶ Professional appearance and conductï¶ 1+ years relevant teaching experience (preferable)
