Recruiting Teaching The Provided Syllabus Using Esl Methods - End Of Contract Bonus Depending On Performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Teaching the provided syllabus using ESL methods

● Creating and administering engaging speaking activities

● Administering mid-term and final tests

● Participating in monthly training workshops and meetings

● Attending parent-teacher meetings annually

● Regular communication with our office

● Participating in retention activities (Halloween, Christmas etc.)

* Necessary qualifications:

   ● A CELTA, TESOL, Trinity or equivalent TEFL Teaching Certificate

   ● A BA/BSc degree in an academic subject

   ● A clean Police Clearance Check

   ● Must be a native English speaker or equivalent with evidence of high proficiency

   ● Verifiable references* * For non-European, non-native speakers, references must cover at least 3 years’ ESL teaching experience and you must have a degree in English Language Education. This is for Work Permit application process as advised by the authorities. ----------------

* Desirable qualifications:

   ● Experience teaching IELTS

   ● Prefer in-classroom ESL experience, with Young Learners a plus

● End-of-contract bonus depending on performance

● Annual Leave and Sick Leave according to Labor Law;

● Health care insurance;

● 1 year contract

● Expected on-board time: early in Oct, 2020
