Job Description

FIELD: Managing tasks related toexport logistics, bidding/managing sea transport units by each forwarder,overseeing other tasks of the Sales Management department.

Reporting : Line Mgr ( Expat)

Job Description
– Develop  logistics export , bidding and forwarderservices

– Cooperate with Director to developbusiness of logistics export , bidding and forwarder services

– Liasing with relaivant Trade LaneManagers

– Query resolution withCustomers/Manager/relevant departments, timely resolution and response tocustomers.

– Pro-actively search, qualify,develop and engage into new customer relationships.

– Provide service support and claimsresolution for extraordinary issues.

– Maintain and develop relationshipwith current and new clients

– Using and exploring company’scustomer database or searching by your own

– Ensure quality of customer servicefor internal and external clients through prompt feedback and suitablesolutions timely

– Other tasks assigned from time totime according to company’s strategy
