FPT IS is an ideal place for aspiring professionals to kickstart their careers in the tech industry.   Responsibilities: - Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and oversee office entry and exit procedures - Answer and direct phone calls, provide information to customers and partners, and manage communication logs - Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and manage office correspondence - Ensure the office is well-maintained, manage office supplies, and oversee the functionality of office equipment - Assist various departments with office tasks as directed by the manager, ensuring smooth office operations   Qualifications: - Third-year or final-year student majoring in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Demonstrates a hardworking, meticulous, and responsible nature - Proficient in office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) - Preference for candidates with good English communication skills (a plus if able to speak Vietnamese)   Benefits: - FPT IS will provide 1 round of flight ticket and airport transfers as well as visa support including fees and process - Monthly allowance from $300-$500 - Openings to work in a professional, modern, and dynamic environment - Access to on-the-job training, internal program for Professional Certificates - Opportunities for personal and career growth through various courses and training workshops provided by FPT
