JOB DESCRIPTION IN NAM DINH PROVINCE

Nam Dinh City is 90 km northwest of Hanoi. Nam Dinh is a cultural and religious center from the beginning of the 13th century, a landmark still imprinted with historical traces of Tran kings, the most prosperous feudal dynasty in Vietnam. Although it has been through the years, Nam Dinh still retains its ancient and quiet look, with a series of palaces and cities imprinting a golden age of history.

Job Requirement

ESL POSITION OFFER
- Teaching at public schools and at the center (students’ age from 5 to 17)
- 80-hour contract per month
- Free accommodation (bed, air-conditioning, fan, desk, and wardrobe)
- Free motorbike to travel to schools
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Native speakers
- Age: From 25 to 40
- Have degree, teaching certificate and newest police check from home country
- About 2 year teaching experience. Love working with the kids

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
 Plan, organize, and provide ESL lessons to students at public schools and at
our own center that meet schools’ standards and center’s standards.
 Provide instruction that is consistent and coordinated with the program so as
to ensure that students meet and exceed learning targets.
 Develop and deliver lesson plans that utilize a broad range of appropriate
teaching techniques and strategies.
 Address all aspects of communication through appropriate instruction that
develops each student’s ability to read, write, speak, and listen in the
appropriate content area.
 Administer academic and language assessments for the purpose of
evaluating student progress.
 Maintain complete and accurate records of student progress and evidence of
growth and progress.

 Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment that encourages
student responsibility and incorporates challenging instructional strategies.
 Establish and maintain standards of student behavior required to run an
orderly and productive classroom environment.
 Employ a variety of instructional techniques and strategies to meet different
aptitudes and interests of students.
 Participate in assigned out-of-classroom activities during the school day, as
needed.
