Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters.
  • Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with the customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key clients, contract stakeholders with clients and sponsors, partners, etc.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that the Company provides according to the needs and goals of customers.
  • Clearly communicate progress of monthly/monthly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet KPI targets.
  • Forecast and track indicators such as quarterly business results and annual forecasts.
  • Make a report to the management board.
  • Work with Sales to identify and develop opportunities.
  • Support to solve customer inquiries and requests.

Job Requirement

  • Graduate from the university of business or marketing, media or information technology fields or have the certificate of IT Service Management or Information Technology.
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in working with clients about software, IT Service Management.
  • Have the good communication skill, presentation skill, persuasive skill, negociation skill.
  • Use smoothly CRM tools and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Have experience in consulting the solution to serve the client.
  • Good skill to manage the project.
  • Used to work for American-European technology countries.
  • Speak fluently English, French and other language is a plus.
