Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters.
Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationship with the customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key clients, contract stakeholders with clients and sponsors, partners, etc.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that the Company provides according to the needs and goals of customers.
Clearly communicate progress of monthly/monthly initiatives to stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to meet KPI targets.
Forecast and track indicators such as quarterly business results and annual forecasts.
Make a report to the management board.
Work with Sales to identify and develop opportunities.
Support to solve customer inquiries and requests.
