Job Description

The Gallerie is PVA’s new and independent distribution model, to be launched by December 2018. The channel’s mission is to tap into the potentials of Urban areas with a new generation of young, dynamic and highly professional financial advisors, called Pru-planners.

In order for the new model to run effectively, specialized compensation and incentives scheme plays a vital part and is in charge by Compensation and Incentives Manager.

Compensation and Incentives Manager is responsible for driving the Gallerie’s strategic approach to incentive compensation focusing on the development of robust processes designed to ensure an outstanding level of data quality and confidence in both the plan design and its execution.

Compensation & Incentive
– Establish compensation and incentives tools and procedures to support and develop The Gallerie’s salesforce quantity and quality in the long-term.
– Assume overall responsibility for the management of the Gallerie’s incentive compensation plan, the integrity of the plan design, associated modelling and the execution of same.
– Ensure competitive and attractive, well-designed compensation & incentive scheme that motivate salesforces and drive sales.
– Manage compensation & incentives implementation, communications and effectiveness.
– Participate in the development of comprehensive multi-year compensation strategy for the Gallerie as PVa’s new channel with suitable recognition programs for outstanding areas, team and individual performance with the purpose of motivating Pru-planners sales force.
– Align with the approved and revised budget.
– Develop own and team’s deep expertise in compensation trends for The Gallerie’s team
– Stay up-to-date with business agenda and suggests improvements on how compensation can further support company’s strategies
