We are looking for passionate and dedicated ESL English teachers to join our team. As an ESL English teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language skills to non-native speakers, helping them develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of various proficiency levels.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
Deliver lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching methods, materials, and resources to cater to different learning styles.
Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and class participation.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
Monitor individual student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience for students.
Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and methodologies in ESL education.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Education or Linguistics major preferred)
TEFL/TESOL certification if the Bachelor's Degree Major is not in Education or Linguistics.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in adjusting teaching methods according to individual student needs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
