Job Description

Role:

– Responsible for personnel Development: Recruitment, Training & Developement

– Coordinate in organizing company events.

Report to HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Training & development:

– Conduct English training for staff

– Perform admin works and assist HR Manager in training plan implementation

Recruitment:

– Searching and scanning CV, arrange interview

– Arrange for new staff’s placement

– Ensure the recruitment work is strictly implemented in compliance with procedure.

Company Culture & Activities:

– Coordinate with HR team in arranging Company events such as: Outing trip, Year-End Event, Culture Activities, Family day, Sport Activities…. in compliance with Company branding

Working condition:
– Working time: 08:00 AM – 16:30 PM (from 08:00 – 12:00 on Saturday);

- Vietnamese with Bachelor in English or relevant - Having experience in teaching is an advantage - Good in English (both written and verbal communication) - Good skill in Powerpoint/Word/Excel - Good at communication, problem solving. - Can work under high pressure - Well-organized & good time management - Honest/ Quality driven/ hard working/ Proactive/ Careful.
