Job Description

1. Teaching
– Up content and teaching plans
– Prepare necessary documents and teaching materials for teaching
– Lecture, assigning, marking and instructing students to correct errors according to the curriculum of the center
– Marking the mid-course and end-of-course tests of students

2. Manage students
– Take care of students wholeheartedly and evaluate students’ progress throughout the course
– Monitoring students’ learning situation, proposing learning and changing methods to help students overcome their weaknesses to become more and more progressive
– In charge of revising and strengthening knowledge for students

3. Other
– Participate in organizing extracurricular activities of the center
– Comply with the Center’s regulations for teachers to create and enhance the image of Axon English
– Collaborate with the center to propose improvements and changes that are appropriate for students based on the standard curriculum available
– Perform other professional jobs as assigned by the Board of Directors
