Job Description
• Set up and lead the class for children from 2 to 6 years old
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons
• Create the flexible structures within the program to support student integration into mainstream classes
• Be responsible for any behavior arisen in the class
• Be responsible for assessment and comments of students progress after each lesson and make student reports available at the end of each semester.
• At least 3 years ESL teaching for young children
• Degree in Education (an Early Childhood degree would be preferable) and IELTS/TOEFL certificate Or College or university degree with major in English and Kindergarten certificate
• Excellent organisational skills and an proven record of setting up program
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Knowledge and experience of both traditional and innovative teaching methods such as digital and mutable approaches
• Be creative and flexible in teaching approach, with willingness to adapt to different learning styles;
• An independent and entrepreneurial self-starter able to work alone and with colleagues across a
range of backgrounds
