JOB DESCRIPTION
• Attend coaching and training in terms of ESL teaching provided by the project;
• Prepare, deliver lessons, record and assess learners’ progress; Communicative and learner-centered are the main approaches;
• Support, tutor slow learners after teaching hours;
• Develop, organize and take part in relevant activities (training, English club, extra curriculum activities, etc. to enhance learners’ English language communication competence); and
• Perform other tasks related to ESL teaching and learning as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. For native teacher:
• B.A in TESOL (or equivalent with a CELTA, TESOL, TEFL);
• At least 2 years experience in teaching English;
• Having experiences with designing ESL learning activities, extra-curriculum, handouts/materials under CLT approach/method;
• Having good facilitation skills and good verbal and written communication in English.
2. For Vietnamese teacher:
• B.A in TESOL (M.A TESOL is strongly preferred);
• At least 2 – 3 years experience in teaching English;
• Having experiences with designing ESL learning activities, extra-curriculum, handouts/materials under CLT
