8. Group 6 is tasked with promoting the socialization of foreign language teaching and learning

The specific content is to encourage organizations and individuals inside and outside the country to participate in supporting, cooperating, investing, providing foreign language teaching and learning services. This group also has the task of encouraging and promoting the autonomy mechanism of education and training. 9. Group 7 is tasked with improving the efficiency of management
