At Aperia Vietnam, we serve our clients through the use of several models that are tailored to meet each project's needs. 

We rely on iterative development. This means that we focus on developing a product in short intervals of time (usually from two to four weeks). After each interval elapses, the manager of the project can be adjusted as needed to adapt to any new situation or circumstances. 

Here we have 150 members in Ho Chi Minh City - separated into 3 departments: WEB, Database and Business Analyst

WEB Department: Utilize Microsoft technologies, Dundas tools, Telerik... to build front-end related parts.

Database Department: Utilize Microsoft SQL Server to design, build, manage relational database, analysis cube, reporting service reports...

Business Analyst Department: Interview domain's experts from US headquarter to capture requirements and provide vision documents as well as business requirement documents.
