2. Teaching and learning French as a second language in all grades at Hoang Le Kha High School

Activities include organizing training in pedagogical competence. Especially the capacity of applying information technology in teaching and learning foreign languages ​​for teachers. 7. Group 5 is responsible for promoting communication

This group is also tasked with cooperating with domestic and foreign businesses and individuals to receive foreign teachers about teaching English at schools in the province. At the same time, linking domestic and abroad to foster foreign language teachers; fostering and training officials in administrative work and project management. Encourage schools that have the facilities, revenues from socialization, organize English clubs, extra-curricular activities outside the classroom on the basis of voluntariness and self-agreement of their contribution. This group is also assigned to develop policies to attract foreigners to study, work and research at educational institutions in the province.

The expected product created by this group is that educational institutions all have volunteer activities or foreign teachers participating in foreign language teaching.

8. Group 6 is tasked with promoting the socialization of foreign language teaching and learning 

the aim of improving the quality of foreign language teaching and learning by the sources of funding, support, cooperation and investment of individuals inside and outside the country. The specific content is to encourage organizations and individuals inside and outside the country to participate in supporting, cooperating, investing, providing foreign language teaching and learning services. Especially foreign language teaching and learning programs in the direction of information technology application.

This group also has the task of encouraging and promoting the autonomy mechanism of education and training. Institutions in improving the quality of foreign language teaching and learning; quality control, promoting the role of foreign language centers in Tay Ninh province.  The expected product of the group is to organize English talent contest for elementary, junior high and high school students.

9. Group 7 is tasked with improving the efficiency of management

Strengthening the inspection, supervision, and evaluation of project implementation with the goal of well implementing the project. Specific contents include planning, organizing regular inspections and supervision. Creating favorable conditions and strengthening the management of foreign language centers operating in the province.
