• Create and implement an air freight logistics strategy tailored to the local market, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

• Supervise air freight operations, including freight forwarding, import-export, and customs clearance, ensuring adherence to regulations and industry standards while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Guide and inspire team members, offering support, training, and direction to ensure high performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with airlines, carriers, and service providers.
