Job Description
Position: Part-time/casual employee
Job Description
– Conduct teaching activities according to the class opening schedule, belonging to the IELTS Writing & Speaking Skills class (Online Class);
– Evaluate students’ participation and learning attitude in the IELTS Writing & Speaking classes (Online Class) based on the given format;
– Design and evaluate tests based on the IELTS standard framework;
– Prepare and compile lesson plans based on existing curriculum guidelines;
– Design projects and in-class activities for effective learning experiences;
– Grade and provide feedback on students’ Writing & Speaking assignments, and project assessments;
– Participate in coordinating Writing & Speaking Skills tests for the IELTS program;
Compensation rate
– The salary will be negotiated based on the candidate’s capabilities and experience.
– Expected salary range: 500,000 VND – 550,000 VND / hour.
Personal Information Usage Commitment
I. Purpose:
By signing the contract, the teacher implicitly consents to QTS using their personal information and images for various purposes, materials, and threads, such as:
– QTS website
– Advertising materials
– Blog posts
– Social media
– Other materials
II. Scope of use:
QTS is allowed to use images and profiles of Teachers for the following purposes:
– To promote QTS training programs
– To introduce the QTS teaching team
– To share the teaching experiences of Teachers
– To encourage students to register to study at QTS
– Showcase testimonials, profiles, and best practices on our website, blog, and training materials.
– Sharing teacher profiles with partners and sponsors to demonstrate the caliber of QTS’s teaching
– Other purposes
III. Rights and Commitments of both parties:
Teachers have the right to:
– Request that QTS cease further use of their personal information and images in any related materials upon termination of cooperation with QTS for future projects.
QTS commits to:
– Using images and profiles of teachers responsibly and appropriately.
– Protecting the privacy of teachers.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (prioritizing fields related to Business) with significant relevant experience (E.g. Teaching certifications (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, etc.) in education & pedagogy fields;
- Have experience in teaching, curriculum development, and training;
- Have experience working with both Native and Vietnamese teachers;
- Good teamwork and proactive work attitude;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including negotiation, liaison, cross-cultural communication, inclusivity, and respect;
- Minimum 12 months teaching Academic IELTS at a reputable institution in Vietnam;
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to intermediate level;
- Knowledge of IT and multimedia-related online classroom applications preferred: Google Meet, Zoom Meeting.
